Network Technician (m/f/d)

• Troubleshoot computer software and hardware issues and repairs and perform scheduled updates.
• Ensuring the network operates securely.
• Partner with the IT team to ensure that security software is properly installed on employee computers.
• Provide technical support to clients through various channels of communication.
• Installing network hardware components and cables.
• Query handling on software installation and hardware upgrades
• Configuring network software.
• Performing necessary upgrades to the network infrastructure as needed.

• Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Certified network professional certification.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of various networking technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Aptitude for customer support. Enjoy the combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work as well as the talent to think conceptually and analytically.
• Excellent knowledge of German and English
