Role Description

Your Task:

  • Secretarial tasks for the management
  • Coordination of appointments
  • Office organisation and correspondence
  • Taking minutes and documentation
  • Incoming mail and filing
  • Travel planning and related expense accountingIncoming and outgoing mail
  • Reception of guests
  • General administrative office duties
  • Special and ancillary tasks that are inherently part of the field of activity
  • Accounting tasks
  • Procurement of office supplies for the location
  • holiday and time sheets for employees
Skill Requirements

Your Profil

  • commercial training with practical experience in office organisation
  • Stylistically confident German (min. C1) and good written and spoken English
  • very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • independent, accurate and efficient way of working
  • flexibility and networked thinking
  • activities in controlling and budgeting
