During the daily stand-ups, our employees receive support for project work. In urgent cases, our employees can also contact their superiors outside of the fixed appointments. There are weekly calls with a buddy for further exchange among each other. Our employees are also well networked through various common tasks.
Our teams work is harmonious because our employees are motivated and treat each other with respect. Opinions are exchanged constructively. In addition to communication within the framework of team tasks, there are other communication channels in which the consultants are available to each other as tutors if individuals need the expertise of another consultant.We organize regular company events not only to be in daily contact with employees by telephone, but also to strengthen relationships with employees through face-to-face meetings. During Corona, we replaced our Christmas and Easter parties and other face-to-face meetings with virtual meetings in order to keep contact as personal as possible.
