We identified, documented and audited all contracts of a food manufacturer regarding legal and technical risk. Every contract at our client is now assessed in terms of risk and risk mitigation strategies. Therefore, additional partners for risk assessments have been made redundant and communication effort reduced with simultaneously increased overview of his legal and technical risk.
