Business analysis and project assistance in the implementation of a content management system (CMS)

For a customer in the public sector, we supported the implementation of a CMS, which became necessary because the scope of the existing documents was partially unknown because they were kept decentralized and no structure was available. For the implementation of the CMS, we first gathered, recorded and structured the  customer's documents and content as part of a business analysis. After categorization and selection of the documentation types we derived and set up a documentation plan. In addition, we supported the project management by monitoring the status of the project and the project risks during implementation. At the end of the project, the CMS was implemented and the documents were available in a centralized manner.
