About the role
Own AI-enabled delivery and cloud operations, leading a Bangalore team that supports enterprise transformation for European and North American clients. Blends DevOps, Linux and IaC with MLOps and AIOps.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team delivering DevOps and AI/ML infrastructure services across regions
- Own end-to-end delivery augmented by AIOps; humans own complex incidents and architecture
- Own MLOps/LLMOps: deployment, drift detection, monitoring, retraining pipelines
- Operate overnight AI/agentic pipelines across India-Europe time zones
- Govern AI/cloud cost, security posture and SLAs (FinOps + AI workload optimisation)

Your profile
- 6-10 years in IT infrastructure and DevOps; strong Linux and scripting
- IaC (Terraform, Ansible); CI/CD; Cloud (AWS/Azure); Docker/Kubernetes
- Hands-on MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker or similar); AIOps/GenAI exposure
- Proven leadership in a global delivery model
Qualifications
- Cloud certification preferred (AWS SAA / AZ-104)
- Agile/ITIL; ServiceNow preferred
