About the role
You ship production code with an AI coding agent as your daily tool, not as a novelty. At MeJuvante, Claude Code writes a large share of the first draft. That moves the job away from typing and towards judgement: deciding what to build, reading what the agent produced, and refusing what does not hold up. Early career, but the responsibility is real from week one.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship features across our AI product suite using Claude Code as the primary development tool
- Review every AI-generated change before it goes anywhere near a pull request
- Write the tests that prove the generated code actually works, not just that it runs
- Break real problems into tasks an agent can execute reliably, and spot the ones it cannot
- Keep prompts, project instructions and repository conventions current so the agent stays useful

Your profile
- Python or JavaScript or TypeScript, with 1 to 3 years writing code that other people depend on
- Daily hands-on use of an AI coding assistant such as Claude Code, Copilot or Cursor
- Git discipline: small commits, readable history, pull requests that explain themselves
- Testing habit: pytest, Jest or equivalent, and the instinct to test the edge case first
- Able to read unfamiliar code and explain what it does before changing it
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 1 to 3 years of professional development experience
- A public repository, side project or portfolio we can look at
