About the role
AI does the drafting and analysis grunt work; the human value shifts to judgment — what to build, what quality bar it must meet, and whether an AI feature is good enough to ship. Drives the roadmap for MeJuHire and new MeJuvante AI products.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and prioritisation for MeJuvante's AI products
- Run AI-assisted market and competitor intelligence; turn it into roadmap decisions
- Draft user stories, acceptance criteria and PRDs (AI-assisted); own definition of done
- Define quality standards for AI features (accuracy, hallucination, latency, fallback)
- Build and review evaluation sets with engineering; sign off features before release

Your profile
- 4+ years product management, ideally on data or AI-enabled products
- Daily working use of AI tools; strong requirements and user-story writing
- AI evaluation literacy (benchmarks, test sets, precision/recall)
- Analytics literacy (SQL/dashboards); Agile/Scrum
Qualifications
- Degree in business, CS or equivalent
- Excellent stakeholder communication across India-Europe time zones
