An AI-first talent pipeline into our AI Application, Backend and Cloud roles. From day one you work with AI copilots and agents — held to the same quality bar as everyone: AI can write it, but you must explain and defend it.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with coding, testing and debugging on real projects under mentorship
- Work daily with AI copilots (Claude, Copilot) and verify their output before submitting
- Support development, cloud and DevOps tasks; write unit tests and reproduce bugs
- Maintain prompts for recurring engineering tasks; document clearly
- Complete the AI immersion programme in weeks 1-3

Your profile
- Programming fundamentals (Python, Java or JavaScript); Git basics
- Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools (any project or experiment counts)
- Ability to check and question AI output rather than copy it

Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS/IT or related field
- Strong performers convert into AI Application, Backend or Cloud/AIOps roles
