About the role
The senior technical lead for AI delivery. AI generates scaffolding, schemas and UI; you own the architecture of agentic systems, the AI tooling stack, and the quality gate on everything the team (and the AI) ships.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and oversee delivery of agentic AI systems for client projects and products
- Own stack decisions: AI frameworks (CrewAI, LangGraph, LangChain), LLMs, vector DBs
- Lead technical scoping with clients; translate requirements into architecture blueprints
- Establish and enforce engineering quality gates, evaluation and regression tests
- Mentor engineers on reviewing AI-generated code rather than trusting it

- Expert Python (CrewAI, LangGraph, LangChain, FastAPI); n8n and MCP
- LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini); vector DBs and RAG architecture
- AWS/Azure/GCP; Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD ownership; microservices
- Technical leadership and client-facing communication
Qualifications
- Degree in CS/engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years full-stack with architecture or lead exposure
